And, certainly, these are better parts which will last much longer. But, if any problem recurs after our repairmen leave, don’t wait to call and report the issue!
Q. DOES YOUR TECHNICIAN REPAIR ALL APPLIANCES ON HIS FIRST VISIT?
A. Yes, 95% of the time we do. (We have kept track.) To be certain that we are always successful in doing repairs on one visit, we always stock our vans with the correct parts and all the tools we will need for all major repair work. And, we pay attention when you call and tell us about your appliance and in what way it is acting up! On the times when we need to return for another visit, there is never another charge.
Q. DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TIMEFRAME?
A. When you call to make an appointment, we routinely give you a 2-3 hour window. During that span of time, our technician will get to your residence. We know that your time is very important so we do our best to show up during the first part of the service window. But, when the appointment before yours goes longer than we expected, the “window approach” allows the technician more time to come to your home at the right time during the service window. And, the technicians always call you 10-15 minutes beforehand to give advance notice of their arrival.
